Board of Directors
The Board of Directors shall manage the affairs of the Chamber, and shall have and exercise on its behalf, all rights, powers, and duties of the organization. The Board of Directors shall consist of the five (5) Officers, five (5) Directors (serving as chairpersons of the standing Committees), two (2) Directors at Large and the Village Liaison and Whitnall School District Superintendent as an ex officio (non-voting) members.
